I SAI KIRAN with Connection ID: **********, has renewed ACT Fibrenet plan at residence on **th May **** with Annual plan for an amount of Rs.****.**.
I have requested ACT Fibre for Disconnection and Refund on ** June **** due to immediate transfer of my job to another remote location. Their executives have promised me a refund amount under exceptional cases after deducting one month's charges....
But it has been more than *.* months since the day of disconnection... Act Fibre has not processed my Refund Amount Worth Rs.****.** since June **,****.
Even after so many emails and calls to customer care executives... the refund amount has not been settled...
Customer care executives only say that the refund amount is getting processed under exceptional cases and this is the same case since **th june ****....
So far * Complaint tickets were Raised with the following numbers...

SR************** - **/July/****
Executives have promised me every time to process my refund amount earliest possible under exceptional cases...
but on my recent call to the executive on **.June, ****, they said the refund won't get processed....
I consider this as a case of betrayal...
And Moreover company cannot block my money in any case, for any reason when I don't use your services....
Kindly Consider and initiate action...
