Maheswaran filed complaint against Act Fibrenet on Jan 12, 2023
I have brought Act Lightning *** MBPS Plan - but the network speed doesn't connect beyond *** MBPS. When I raised the issue, they said the router provided by ACT will not support more than *** MBPS. I asked them to Change the Router or Degrade my plan to match the Speed. They are denying my complaint and Closed the Ticket SR************** Stating cannot be done and need to change my plan only after completion of the current plan i.e. after * months. I feel cheated here and want a solution.
