I ordered a Prepaid MNP SIM online from Vodafone (www.vodafone.in) on **th July **** for Rs. ***. It was supposed to deliver vodafone SIM at my door step. The receipt page after payment got an error.
The amount got deducted but Neither SIM was delivered nor MNP was executed. Details of the order : Order ID : NEO_PREPAID-ples***********-* Transaction ID *********** Time : **th Jul **:** PM. The payment was done from Paytm wallet. Paytm has confirmed with Vodafone and Vodafone said to Paytm that service has been delivered and refused to refund the amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
