- Refund of Order no Closed
I had ordered the following products on **th October **** under order no. OR****ODC-***A.
*. Calcitas D* Capsules
*. Control D Blood Glucose Test Strips ***
The same were returned on **th October and the refund has been received for the first product i.e. Calcitas D* Capsules. The amount for the refund amount for the same is Rs. ***.**.
However, the refund has not yet been initiated for the second item i.e. Control D Blood Glucose Test Strips ***. The product value is Rs. *,***.**.
We normally order Accuchek active test strips. However, the sales agent confirmed to us that Control D strips will work in Accuchek machine and upon her insistence we purchased these strips.
The sales agent gave us wrong information and hence we have returned the product. But inspite of returning the product on **th October we have still not got the refund.
Every day we are getting false assurances from the customer service agents that the refund will be processed with immediate effect. But these are just standard scripted replies and they have no intention of returning my money.
If you check my call logs, you will notice that I have been calling every day for the last four weeks but still I have not got any resolution from Medlife. This is tantamount to customer harassment and it is causing me a lot of distress.
