Reasons for cancelling the membership
False promises were made of booking the resorts at any time of the year as per my convenience (which is not true as the resorts are always full)
Tried Couple of times booking the Goa Resort– Feedback received, that there were no slots free for the selected dates
Welcome call was a failure - Failed to explain the plan in detail
Dinner Plan cancelled giving COVID reason when rest of the resort was full occupied.
Exit Terms and Conditions (Clause *.*) was not explained while enrolment.
Till date the Signed Document did not reach to me neither in the form of electronic mail nor via postal mail service (still i haven't received the copy) for my future reference.
Not a single facility availed till date of the membership amount paid
Demand – Refund of Rs. **,***/-
