Club Mahindra Holidays - Refund amount

In the year ****, I had asked Club Mahindra's team to cancel our membership and return our refund amount. An email was sent to me by the team, and it said that I was liable to refund amount of ***** which I agreed and asked the team to proceed. In **** I reached out to the team complaining that my money has not been credited yet to which the team did not respond and after several follow-ups send me an email stating that I was now liable to a refund of **K. Post several attempts to connect with the team and after sending a screenshot of all the email conversation the team asked to wait for a few days and sent me an email stating the I was not liable to any refund amount.
