On **th. Feb,****, i booked a Air ticket through Travolook for the sector Mumbai to Kolkata by Air india with date of journey **nd. Feb,****. After making full payment of Rs.**,***/- on line & a message cropup to wait some time to confirm my ticket with Air india airlines, but during the period I got a call from Travolook.in that my ticket has not been confirmed because of hike in fare & they will refund me the full amount to my account within ** Days. Immediately, i wrote a email to Support.travolook with my complaint & they in reply ensured me that refund shall be made within ** days. Already ** days elapsed but no refund has been made inspite of my repeated email to them. My Ticket No. REF*********
