Travolook in - Travolook Refund not received from 2 months

I have booked air ticket (Varanasi to New Delhi) on **th OCT**** from travolook site.they have detected my money **** Rs.but they put a ticket on hold and mail to me that your ticket in process. After * Hour I received a mail that your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. Then u called about **mins then they told me that your amount will refund after **-** days but still they didnot refund any amount to till date.every week i call to travolook but they tell a new reason and they always extend the date for refund .they are totally fraud company...Please help to me.
if you can do then take a very hard action on travolook.
