Go Life Vacation OPC Pvt Ltd - REFUND OF MEMBERSHIP PAID TO GO LIFE VACATION

On ** Oct ** we were visited Havlock (A&N Island), one person met with free coupon of Go Life Vacation (OPC) Pvt Ltd and took us to the Office of the Company at Cross Bill resort near Kalapathar beach. They mind washed about vacation stay in hotel & resorts all over India. They told us that this policy can be withdraw and start at any time. I swiped my visa credit card ending **** and paid *****/- on ** Oct ** time **:**:**. Very next day we visited the Office for cancellation , Manager told that it will take *-* days and I will cancel this policy and I will confirm u. On *rd Nov I received a welcome call and executive told me that its non-refundable policy. Even I was continuously calling to Manager and staff for cancelling , they were assuring me that u don't take tension, it will cancel. They wasted our precious time in Havlock and I mentally and financially disturbed. So pls help me.
