Go Life Vacation OPC Pvt Ltd - Service Denied by Go Life Vacations Fraud

I. The company approached us promising the following services provided by them under their membership for Go Life Vacations. The salesperson Badri & team promised the following services:
*. **% discount on Flights from market price
*. Accomodation for either a studio room for * people OR a family room for upto * people based on no. of pax.
*. Breakfast included, * meal [like dinner] included.
*. A car with chauffeur will be provided for sightseeing but fuel charges, tolls & taxes will be beared by us.
*. Also, you have multiple packages for few destinations like cruises, clubs etc. which we will have special access or discounted rates.
*. The membership can be exchanged, resold, rest of the days not used can also be sold, rented etc.

II. We purchased this membership on ** Oct ****, also during the purchase Mr Badri used my credit card and put the CVV himself without my permission, I had just taken it out to swipe but he just took it and put the details himself, which I was uncomfortable with but ignored during that time. [This whole thing was in Goa, Radisson Resort Baga so this whole scam thing going on should be captured in CCTV by Radisson management]

III. We got a very delayed email after purchase [after * week] with very unclear details about the membership, website and purchases. And when we replied to the mail asking for some clarifications fo my upcoming vacation, they never replied. I have asked them * times on mail, called their helpline number tried to contact salesperson everyone stopped responding - service denied. Neither they provided clarifications nor any help with bookings, nothing!

IV. I have immediately raised concern about the same to my bank as I had done this purchase on credit card and the bank is also looking into this case. I had taken this amount on credit which I have to pay emi for if the bank doesn't get the refund. I'm financially and mentally drained because of this.

V. I want the company to refund me, and compensate me for my time, losses and mental harassment. This company should be sued for scamming people.
