Go Life Vacation OPC Pvt Ltd - Refund of Membership Fee Paid

on **th October ****, we went to Lonavala for * Day Vacation, wherein we met Go Life Vacation people who was doing promotion activities for Loyal Tree Holidays.. After spending approx * hours with them and discussed about the Holiday packages they offering -- for ** Years, * Night and * Days, they asked to pay INR ******/- and INR ***** as maintenance charge yearly.

We paid INR **K thru Credit card and confirmed to pay the balance in *-* days..
Next day, we checked the details of the company and found the company registered at Goa and the owner of the company previously started a company - Millioners Tours and Travels and the company strike off..

Go Life Vacation, started functioning recently - only *-* months and the people of Go life said said company functioning for long.
After noticing these details, i called and also sent message to Go life to refund my payment, but they refused to settle the payment.
As per the payment receipt their office address given at Belapur Station complex - but in the address there is no office number or building number -- Belapur station complex consist of ** Building and *** of Offices - Last Monday i visited station complex *nd floor and returned without any result..

Again I called them, but there is no proper response or they again and again declining to make the refund.
