karma resorts and hospitality - Refund of membership

I have taken the membership on emi based but karma employee did not convert that into EMI. I had to pay total amount. I was not getting response through phone. I went their office and requested for refund which was clearly mentioned in our first discussion while paying the amount through card. I was shocked by the response in office. They said they don't refund money. Please help to get this resolved
