Sheetal kumari filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 13, 2019
I had placed an order of an iPhone * of INR ***** on **nd Oct **** and canceled the product on same day. Flipkart is claiming that they have completed the refund and have provided the refund Id/Reference Id but the amount is not credited in my account. On speaking with several customer care executives multiple times I was asked to contact the bank from which the payment was done. Then I visited my bank home branch they said they can't do anything, it's Flipkart's responsibility to process the refund amount in my account. Please help me I don't know who should I connect now.
I have the bank statement and Flipkart mail communication for evidence.
