Hello,
We had enrolled for Lido Learning Grade * Class for our kid.
They have taken total amount of Rs ***** for *** Classes. However in middle of the term we received an email from lido saying that LIDO has closed operations, due to current market conditions.
This is completely bizarre how can anyone come out of blue and shut their operations after taking peoples money.
It is our right as a consumer to get the promised service for the payment made by us in advance. If Lido has shut down its operation it is my right to get the refund of the amount paid for not providing the service.
Would appreciate if voxya could support to get the refund for the same.
