I have requested for refund as per policy and it's been * months since requested but till date no progress.
They have confirmed for partial refund and shared the calculation in email but still haven't yet processed the refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
