I booked a room in March **** in Noida. I paid all the amount and deposit too. But after that lockdown happened due to which I was unable to move into that room. As It was not possible for me to go I cancelled the booking on *th july ****. After that they said they have initiated the deposit but then after one week, asked me to raise a service request. I did that too after a hustle. But then no updates from the team. After contacting the customer care no. They called and asked me to get a confirmation from the area property mananger that I have not moved in. I did that too. But since that day I didn't get any response from the team till now. I have not even moved in and they are refunding the amount. I have proof of agent's confirmation and receipt of payment made to the Nestaway.
Please look into the matter.
