I cancelled my flight ticket having PNR no. B**D*C and order id ****************** more than five months ago (**th April, ****) but no refund has been made yet. I have made many grievances but no action has been taken yet. I have been getting replies from your side only to wait for the last five months. Whenever I call or send a mail to the customer care executive, I am told or replied to wait ** more days. As per your refund policy, it takes a maximum of ** days but this period is also over now.
