Happy Easy Go - refund of cancelled airline

I've cancelled my flight ticket and I haven't got any refund from happy easy go. I've got the message from the airline(AirAsia) that the refund has been done from their side. Even after trailing mails and queries, I've not got any updates or replies from Happy Easy Go.
