I booked two tickets of go first flight for Ranchi to Mumbai on *.*.** through ease my trip online but the flight was auto cancelled on *.*.** and thereafter I went through the cancellation process but even after the lapse of more than five months,the refund has not been processed yet.Ease my trip customer care says the refund has not been processed till date.
