- Refund of amount for unused service no response from tikona Open
I have Tikona connection with user id – **********. I have made payment of Rs.****/- for * months for *th May’** to *th Aug’** – ****. My internet was not working from **st May’**. I called Tikona several times, raised complaints on MyTikona App and also wrote several emails to them to either send their engineer and resolve my issue or disconnect my connection. They have not responded to any of my complaint and engineer to resolve my issue. I have asked them to disconnect my connection on **stMay’** and refund the amount. They have not responded and not disconnected my connection. All this has actually impacted me as I was working from home and their engineer was not ready to come and asked me Rs.*** still issue he did not resolved. Further after **st May’** I have not used their service.
On **th Dec’**, I received a call from Delhi Court (fake call) from Tikona that they have made court case against me and forced me to make payment of Rs.****/- to terminate my connection. I had no choice but I made the payment.
I request you to please arrange refund of Rs.**** which was made for *th May’** to *th Aug’** and Rs.**** because I have not used my connection and even informing them they have not disconnected. Total refund should be Rs.****/-. I have not asked for money for the mental torture and harassment done by TIKONA and its team; but I want refund of Rs.****/- of amount which I have paid and not used their service. All my emails time to time sent to them, are enough proof against them.
