Tikona Broadband - Internet not working since 10 days

My Tikona ID is **********. My Tikona Internet is not working since * days and No one from Tikona is bothered to address the issue. I called so many times to Customer Care but they are just saying "We are working on your issue and now they have given number of some guy ********** (Naushad on True Caller) is not picking up my phone only. I called him ** times, also tried on Whatsapp but No response. I have paid Full year money to Tikona. I want my money refund. Take your * months charges and return me my ** months amount i will take some other Internet service.
