Signature Global Private Limited - Refund of Advance Token Money Paid To Builder

With due respect, my Name is Akanksha Kumari. I booked a A-*** -*F (Flat)
on **-**-****.The location of the Independent Floor Flat is Signature Global Park *&* Sector **-Sohna.
I regret to inform you that due to Quality problems and other critical conditions developed by builder As i am already residing the poor quality of same builder flats and called for rectification several times at the email but never taken action for rectification, hence i have decided I will not be able to make the purchase. Therefore, as per Application form filled terms and
conditions which was not signed by My wife , I want to cancel my booking of the property. I have also paid the
booking charges of *,**,*** (One Lac five thousand Only)
Hence, I request you to kindly proceed with the cancellation and as per Policy
initiate the refund at the earliest. with reference to independent Builder Floor booking i could not receive any kind of original booking receipt at the time of *,**,*** one lacs Five thousand payment and also it should be noted that the channel partners executive has shown different sample apartment and different sample flat in Phase * & * as their Construction Quality as mivan technology but the booking was done for different construction Quality which was not in Mivan concept and its happening on Phase -* & * and entire method was different on construction. I would like to request cancellation for this unit because there was not satisfactory construction going on according to me.
