Signature Global Private Limited - Cheque bounced

Hi, I would like your to bring attention my case. I was promised by broker(Houzznext) of discount on buying a property(**D city) from you. I was given cheque also and email from their official email. But Immediately after making **% of payment, i was totally ignored by broker. Hardly I could reach them. They would say, they will pay only Signature pays their part yo broker, and cheque given by them was also dis-honoured.

Now I don't know, how much you are aware of this practice and these brokers work with you, and are building reputation for you. And you guys act like you know them very well.

And I did not have budget for this property, but with discount it all made sense to me. And my plan was to pay only **% from my pocket and **% from loan. But this fraud broker forced me to pay **% so that he can get his commission and so he will be able to pay my promised amount of *.** lacs. So eventually I am in loss of of around *lacs just because of this scam done by your trusted broker.

This is to just warn everyone of your potential customers to be aware of this activity, we have already started the legal process whatever we could.
