Sir,
Flight was in morning *.** am...
After grtting boarding pass...the flight got re-scheduled to after *.**pm in the afternoon.
I had a schedule to follow, next set of flight and train to catch in the evening * o clock.
Luckily spicejet people cancelled and fully refunded for my flight with sign n stamp(attached below)
But in merchant site , spicejet has updated no-show and that's y I m not getting the refund
Please do the needful
