IDFC first bank - refund not received

IDFC people continue to harass the customers with their pathetic employees & careless service. MY loan account was closed on **th june i came to their branch to drop off the DD of *lac. My Loan closure amount was ***,****. I specifically told IDFC Employee that my ECS account has been dormant bcz of some dispute so Please transfer money to another account. a week after i dropped off application & cancelled cheque as directed by their employee. And now as i checked they have the nerve to transfer the money back to my old account after I waited in the line in their branch during the pandemic to submit that cheque which was directed by their clueless staff. I have sent so many mails & raised complaints but I didnt get any response. for last * months they keep calling me and telling me we have credited the money but I havent recieved any. AFTER ****+ calls / messages/raising complaints on every online portal out there, the idfc people haven't learnt the value of the customer and what are the consumer rights!!!! Again and again they have the guts to lie to us on our face that they have credited the amount? They keep calling and lying. I have the recording and their messages of every date and time they called and lied to me. I'll have full faith in the government and that they will make you pay our money and all through that we went - mental exertion, harassment and torture in these last * months.
Each time I run after them for my Money and these people continue their fraud activity with no respect for the customer.
