I booked flight ticket for * passengers from Happy Easygo from Bangalore to Imphal for **th April ****. But, the flight was cancelled and I was told that I will get full refund within ** days. Now, it is more than ** days and still I haven't received the refund. I sent ** mails since **th June **** but every time I get the same response that the refund process is expedited. I feel like being harassed and I am running short of funds. I told them this thing but still it seems that they are not taking it seriously. Please help me.
