I had done a transaction of Rs.**** on **th Aug on the zestmoney website through my debit card. Zestmoney failed to provide me the product promised. Therefore I asked them to cancel my order and initiate the refund. On **th only the refund was initiated as per the email confirmation from zestmoney. Today upon contacting multiple times they have provided me a bank reference number (************) and ARN Number *********************** stating that refund is successfully processed from their end. However It hasn't been credited to my account yet. On contacting my bank(SBI) i am told that they cannot help in this case and only ZestMoney can help. I have requested them multiple times to resolve this issue but they are not providing any resolution till date. Please help me get the refund.
