Tripfactory - Refund not received

I had booked flight tickets with Tripfactory on *th Feb **** for a trip scheduled in April ****. However due to pandemic i had to cancel the trip. I am requesting for refund since April **** however they are not ready to refund the amount. I have tried calling them on their customer care for several months however their customer care is not reachable. Nor are they responding to my e-mails since July. As per Supreme Court guidelines in June ****, they are supposed to issue full refund as per request of customer. I may have to file law suit if the refund is not provided in next * days.
