Shiva Ravindra Mohite filed complaint against Tripfactory on Aug 15, 2020
I had booked flight tickets with tripfactory on *th Feb **** for a trip scheduled in *nd week of April ****. Due due the onset of pandemic i had to cancel my plan. Hence I cancelled the ticket with tripfactory. After that I am following up with them several times for refund however they are denying the same. Now their customer care number also is not active and nor are they responding via e-mails since July. I want my full refund as per Supreme Court order in June.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
