GOIBIBO TRAVEL COMPANY - Refund not received
PRASAD NARENDRA HAMBARDE filed complaint against GOIBIBO TRAVEL COMPANY on Aug 1, 2020
We have booked ticket Banglore to Nagpur on ** April **** PNR : BK*B*D Flight was cancelled because of operationally not for covid ** so airlines has refunded all our amount to our travel agent goibibo but still they are not refunded my money or the amount has not been shown in credit shell.
If airlines has refunded our money how can goibibo take our money with them.
