Refund
I had a booking with Airasia Ticket via makeMyTrip.com. The flight got prepone. I have called the airline for cancellation. I got the confirmation from Airasia that my refund have been processed to (original payment mode) Makemytrip. But still now i have not got any response from MakemyTrip. Several time I tried to contact. But did not got any response. Always I received message from MakeMyTrip " Your Case has been Closed".
Here I am sending the Airline cancellation request no as bellow.
