Our AirIndia flight was cancelled and was booked through Goibibo, I am asking the team to raise a refund application to AirIndia. But there is no response from Goibibo team. AirIndia has told us that Goibibo needs to sent a refund application to AirIndia and we can get money back. Ticket no is Z**LK which was booked from Kolhapur to Hyderabad for **th Feb **** and due to technical issue it was cancelled and team confirmed that we will get our money back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
