I have ordered veet full body waxing kit for dry skin- ** strips (*packs) from "Medlife" app on **th April,**** and then only i have cancelled my order.
My order id- OR****HKB-***A & OR****HKB-***A
My transaction id- OR****HKB-***A_*_C & OR****HKB-***A_*_C
But till now i have not got the refund. Although i got the message that they have initiated the refund. The customer care number is not working and i have emailed several times to "Medlife" but there is not response from them. Please help me out with this.
