Dominos pizza and paytm - Refund not received

Hi Dominos Team,
On **th Oct **** i have ordered pizza having order no. *** from Bellandur Village, India store.
Though the order was **minutes guaranteed , it was delivered after * hour. Even when i try to contact the store, the number was invalid so not able to reach store. very pathetic store customer service, wrong number updated in app.

I have raised concern two times with store to revert my **mnts guaranteed amount and so far they have not refunded and they are telling it is refunded from their end but it is not credited in my account. I asked for the proof of PAYTM credited, but they have not shared.

I need my amount asap, if it is initiated credit then please share screenshot of same since it was not reflecting in my account.
