Dominos pizza and paytm - Money deducted

Nancy filed complaint against Dominos pizza and paytm on Sep 23, 2019

When i was ordering pizza from domino's site.. I paid money through paytm upi.. My money got deducted.. Now paytm is saying payment is successful at their end.. You should consult merchant.. When i am asking merchant they are saying we didn't receive that. As told by Paytm to have in writing that they didn't recieve the payment but domino's is denying for that.
