I placed an order on ** March **** and cancelled the same on that day. I haven't received a refund for amount ₹****. When I contacted Jabong they said they refunded the amount on ** March **** but I haven't received anything. Then they gave me an ARN no *********************** which my bank says has no transaction linked to that. And I also received a refund from Amazon on **th March. Jabong customer care is not helping and giving that no again and again. I have shared my bank statement showing no refund of that value credited into my account. Please help and suggest me should I approach consumer court. I have attached my account statement from the date of the transaction to the end of March.
