Curodoc Nursing Services - Refund not received

I had hired a semi-trained nurse from Curodoc nursing services, Dwarka for my mother who was about to be discharged from the hospital on **/dec/**. I paid in cash Rs. ***** /- for ** days in advance. But my mother was not able to come home and passed away in the ICU. For months together this company promised me a refund of Rs. *****/-. Since I had not utilized their services but after * months they refused that they will not refund. I felt so helpless and harassed that these people are only for money and business. They have scant regard sensitivity for the bereaved family.
