Curodoc Nursing Services - No refund for no service unethical staff with rude and dangerous behavior

I hired a helper from Curodoc to care for my father **years suffered from a stroke and can not talk as an effect of it. Paid for ** days initially then extended another ** days with FULL PAYMENT of ** thousand. But one night he came home drunk and I caught the helper talking on the phone at *am in the night and my dad awake and clearly disturbed. I was first drawn to the very strong smell calmed my dad down put him to sleep and told the helper he can't be talking at *am. Next day morning I contacted the team about the complaint and one of there staff spoke very rudely to my mom asking her that she had to submit proff for a refund and should have recorded a VIDEO AT *AM IN THE NIGHT instead of putting her ill husband to sleep. She continued to behave rudely and told she will not provide a refund and refuses to pick calls and talks like we cam do nothing. My mom is very upset mentally. We trust people like them in hopes that they will take good care and the sheer negligence and the unethical staff behaviour is disgusting. I just want my refund and I spoke to there manager after a lot of arguing he agreed he will in ** days now that same drama of no refund continues. I will definitely take them to court.
