I have ordered * AC from voltas in the month of May they delivered me on * June **** where while ordering I mistakenly paid twice and they accepted * orders I immediately called customer care and they informed me no worries at time of delievery you can reject * and accept * after your return will initiate refund. But still it's been *.* months I have not received any refund nor they are replying on mails with proper answer Please help me get my refund as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
