Voltas - No Resolution on Complaint Voltas Split AC

I have purchase a split Air Conditioner from Voltas (Dealer - Sirohi Electronics, Mahavir Enclave) on ** May ****, on that same day the product received was defective, as the Indoor Unit of the product was making a loud sound. This incident was recorded by the Service personnel of the Voltas who has come to fit the AC at home. Initially I requested the dealer to change the product as I have received a Defective / Second hand product but he refused to do so. Finally after making too many request the Dealer changed the indoor unit and NOW on ** May the External Unit of the Air Conditioner is not working. I filed the complaint (no. ***********) with Voltas and also informed the Dealer too. But till date, neither I have received a single Call from the Voltas and nor from the Dealer. At last, I don't want this product with lack of customer service.
