Dear sir
I have booked ticket from travolook but after ** minutes i received call and mail that your booking have been cancelled by airlines and you will get refund in *-** days after sometime i call customer care of travolook they told me that refund will be received in between **-** days but when ** days gone i don't received any refund then i call again they told me then now you wait another *-** days but till now i don't received my refund
