I received the refund from Indigo after my flight was cancelled during lockdown. I tried booking with my gocash+ but didn't accept the transaction. No idea why!
So eventually if withdrew the money and simply was waiting for the refund.
Its been * weeks since as the money though transferred not being reflected into my account. and these fraud like merchants and not responding to my mails and calls.
I have made transactions of more than *lakhs or so in the last *-* years and these people are showing this sign to help its one the loyal customers.
Please help me out!
