Hello team,
Raising a complaints against Goibibo site from where i booked my Air Ticket in SpiceGet and due to Covid-** Situation the Ticket got automatically Cancelled. The Airlines had already refunded all the amounts to Goibibo Service , however Goibibo has not yet refunded my Amount of *****/- even after multiple calls & escalation mails. Its been more than * months i am still struggling for the support from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
