Travel Triangle - Refund not received for travel cancelled midway and return back to Home

Hi, we * couples booked a package to travel to Andamans last year during March just before lockdown. We booked a package of * nights * days starting from ** to ** March paying an amount of * lakh ** thousand. We stayed in Havelock Island for * days before the Andaman authorities closed down all tourism activities from **th and we had no option but to return back to Home. We came back to Port blair from Havelock on **th and immediately booked flight ticket for **th early morning. We were provided Hotel stay and sightseeing activities till **th in Havelock. On **th, we were provided return ferry to Port Blair and Hotel stay in Port Blair for **th night. Our package inclusions of ** to ** were not availed by us. We had to cancel this trip in between due to government regulations and No fault of ours. We asked travel triangle team for refund continuously from last one year but they are accepting claim of only ***** whereas our unavailed services costs more than *****. Request you to please help in getting full refund and interest for waiting for so long.
