Alen filed complaint against TRAVO LOOK TRAVEL AGENCY on Mar 19, 2021
I have booked a Flight ticket (Indigo *E-***/ *E- ****) from Srinagar to Mumbai on **th March **** for six persons through Travolook for Rupees *****/-. I got a mail from this company (email ID: support@travolook.in) saying that my booking was in progress with ref no:REF*********. The staff from this company called me and said that the airline fare has increased so you must either pay another **** rupees or cancel the ticket. I told them that the fares of the airlines are same on all the other websites and it has not increased.
Then the representative (Mr. Chandraprakash/ Mr. Nihal) said that the booking was canceled by the agency. They further said that Rs. ****/- amount will be deducted and the rest will be refunded within ** hours. I got a mail on the same day from this company (email ID: support@travolook.in) saying that my booking was canceled with ref no:REF********* amounting to Rs. *****/-.
The agency is using public hard earned money in fraudulent manner.
First off all how can they deduct the amount of Rs. ****/- when the PNR has not been generated. Further I have not yet received the refund money till now.
As per my telephonic conversation with Mr. Nihal / Mr. Chandraprakash (Representatives of Travolook), they have informed me that the refund amount has been approved by Travolook for payment. But still I have not yet received.
Please take a strong action against them and tell them to refund the amount of Rs. *****/- at the earliest.
Want a strong action against the company.
