Sir i have booked ** tickets from vizag to pune on ** oct ** reference No are REF********* and REF********* respectively and paid amount **** and **** respectively that was total is **** rs debit from my account but ticket was not confirmed and i have not received any refund regarding it till now from last ** months and i made so many calls and emails during this periods but result is nill and not received any posite respons..so i request to you that take strong action against this site and refund my amount please
