I have booked ticket through makemytrip for my Aunt from Kochi to Mumbai on June*th (pnr-O**W*V) and due to technical service issues flight got cancelled and announced by (GOAIR) .i have followed up several times with Makemytrip and GOAIR there is no response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
