Zoom Car India Pvt Ltd - refund not received and no response from zoom

My booking id: jps*nya*m
I made a payment of ****/- and in that **** are charges and ****/- as security deposit.
At the time of vehicle handover fuel was just * points and we made tank full (Paid ****/-)
As we booked zoom car, due to breakdown we faced lot of challenges on the road. We are around ***km from hyd but zoom were not able to provide any breakdown support zoom should think about this.
As discussed at the time of breakdown zoom car representative informed they refund my full money in very less time but till today after many followups i received only ****/- security deposit.
We booked car **-jun-**** till today no proper response i am keep on trying to reach customer support but no use.
I made many emails and calls no response ..more irresponsible people
