I have purchased mivi duopods m**. The product was already tampered and mivi Factbook support forcefully asked me to use it and check it. Once i started using it i found that one of my earbuds not working properly there was no sync in battery one was at *% while other was at **%.. i have purchased truly wireless earbud. Left earbud was faulty.
They asked me ship it . I ahve shipped them back to their address. But since then they are asking me to wait. Everyday they say that please wait its under testing.. and today its **th day they have not provided my refund . I am still waiting for the refund. They keep on saying its under testing evrerytime.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
