BOSCH Home Appliances - Refund not received

A few months ago my BOSCH refrigerator stopped working automatically. I filed a complaint at BOSCH service centre and I got a replacement of the refrigerator after so much of harassment of **-** days after repeated calling without any satisfactory response from Bosch.
After * months of replacement, the replaced refrigerator also stopped working in the same way on **/**/****. I filed the complaint again on **/**/** but nothing was done. Later after *-* days engineer came for a visit and told that we will get the refund. It's **/**/** now and neither their calls are reachable nor they are refunding since so long. After my eatables are wasted. There is so much harassment and there is no good response from their side. They are just delaying us by saying refund is in the process. We have been so cooperative since so long but now we want the refund and also the cost of harassment and wastage of food items for *.* months.
